Hi, I’ve been working with Tina & Nisargg, Samyog Wellness on yoga sessions for quite some time now and I must say that they have a wonderful way of sort of helping you do these sessions. Firstly, I think they have terrific understanding of the other side, they do a lot of homework to understand your physical side, your emotional side, your spiritual side, an then they curate these beautiful exercises that help you. Usually my sessions have been like a mix of some physical workouts and meditation and breathing exercises. And then they leave you with these very small quick tips to sort of breathe well, sit in the right posture, you know, small things that you can do in your day-to-day lives. I love the fact that they make you feel very comfortable, they work very steadily with you, and yet there are times that they are challenging you to do difficult things. But I think on the whole, after every session, I felt stronger, I felt more connected, I felt more rejuvenated, if I may say. And very recently, we even introduced, you know, an entire yoga therapy in our organization. And I must say that
each of the employees really, really loved the session and wanted us to make it a part of their daily regimes. So I wish Nisargad and Tina the very best, and I highly recommend, you know, their wisdom to be shared with everybody out there, because I think yoga does make a profound impact. I didn’t know whether things would fall in place. Every now and then I had my doubts and fear ki kaise hoga, whether I will be able to conceive ya fir sirf dream rahega. But then every time you came up with positive reply to believe and have faith and dont let the past affect you. Journey continued..when I was about to choose the medical options available you said itne din kiya aur thoda time dedo..fir toh karna hi hain (I vividly remember the smile you had while saying this). Then a miracle happened, when we had lost hope totally.
